Coastal Contracts are a phenomenal company due to their high standard of workmanship; they go out of their way to facilitate great quotes from other subcontractors for work required on whatever project needs to be undertaken.
This is after many years of exceptional works on our property, always to a high standard. Cost and quotes have always been spot on. Also, they have gone above and beyond maintaining security on property when away, so if any problem has arisen it has been dealt with promptly and to a high standard.
I would always put Coastal Contracts at the top of my list should I need any works done on gardening, landscaping, or property maintenance. I hope to have Coastal Contracts doing future works for many years to come.

While working overseas, coastal contracts managed three rental properties for me. Keeping all landlord certification up to date, maintaining the gardens and properties as required.
We had a number of tenant change overs within the period and coastal arranged for the properties to be cleaned and managed the inventory check and change over from one tenant to another.
The service was second to none and I would happily provide references for Wez and the team if required as the service made the property rental very easy, especially when working overseas.

Wes has provided me with excellent support in our garden for some 20 years.
Gardening aside, I know his work effort includes improvement to building structures and creation of various types of pathways and stone walls. In this context, he has expanded his employment offer by taking on Holiday-Home care for several companies, looking after their properties and gardens - especially when the owners are absent, sometimes for long periods.
The property care is for both internal and external housing maintenance.
Personally, my house (Glebeside) has a large garden which is so well looked after that it has been made available for a Sunday charitable public attraction in the past on several occasions.
Wes supported these openings as well as providing general maintenance at all times. The latter activity included ground covering for paths and work surfaces, wall structure creations, tree surgery with large tree removals and high branch lopping, grand shrub shaping, logging, ivy clearance etc. All was done to high standards, assisted frequently by talented employees whom he carefully selected.
I am lucky to have benefitted from his garden service over many years.
